Here’s what to expect:

Once we receive your details, you’ll receive a digital mockup within 48 hours from the time your purchase is made and all necessary info has been received.

(Mockup will be sent to the email provided during checkout)

Please review it carefully.

If you forget any details email via etsy messages if purchased through the etsy shop or customersupport@mooretemplates.com within 24 hours of purchasing. Any time after that no additional changes can be made.

If you have over 2 custom designs the turnover time will increase to 72 hours.

Personalization:

If information is missing, we will reach out within 24 hours of you purchasing. If no response is given within 48 hours your order will be cancelled.

⏱️ Response Policy:

If we don’t receive your feedback within 48 hours of sending the mockup, we will consider the design approved as-is and proceed with finalizing and delivering the file. This helps us stay on schedule for all customers.

📩 Delivery:

Once the design is approved, your final high-resolution file(s) will be sent via email. Files are print-ready and come with instructions upon request.
