🚚 Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All of our products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and creation before your order is shipped. During peak seasons or for larger orders, additional time may be required.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping (Default): USPS Ground Advantage
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days (after processing)Upgraded Shipping: USPS Priority Mail
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days (after processing)
You can select this option at checkout for an additional fee.
Note: Shipping times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for USPS shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages once an item has been shipped. If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
🎁 Custom Orders
All of our party favors are custom and made-to-order, so please double-check all personalization details (names, dates, themes, etc.) before placing your order.
🔄 Return & Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but if an item arrives damaged or incorrect:
To qualify for a replacement:
Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Email us at customersupport@mooretemplates.com with:
Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
A brief description of the issue
If the damage was caused during shipping or the error was on our end, we’ll either:
Send a replacement at no additional cost
Offer a full or partial refund (based on the issue)
Request that the damaged item be returned (we’ll cover return shipping if required)
Please do not discard the item or packaging until we resolve the issue.
❗ Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request changes or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us. After that, your order may already be in production and changes cannot be guaranteed.
